AT MCV fitness, we have one easy option for both payment and number of classes you’ll be a part of after joining the family.

Class Locations
We host our fitness sessions all year-round.
From May to the beginning of October, we get out and enjoy the great outdoors running our classes at Schmidt Park. As the colder weather approach, we head inside at both the parking lot at the North Dumfries Community Complex (NDCC) & Queen Elizabeth Arena (ACC).
